We are currently looking for an experienced Service Oriented Architecture Manager who can take our web services capabilities to the next level, enabling free information flow within Runzheimer and among our partner and customer enterprises. This role is a senior leader within our technology department and will have responsibilities to architect and implement our next generation platform that will unlock our information assets both internally and externally. This individual will manage a team of software developers to accomplish these objectives.
Required Experience
BS/BA degree in a technical field
10
years of software development industry experience
5
years'' experience as technical lead
Experience developing with C#, , JavaScript and jQuery
Proficiency in web service development including RESTful service development
Technically sound in software development activities to meet scale and performance requirements
Excellent comprehension of Microsoft SQL Server and relational database practices
Experience shipping high quality software on time
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills with excellent problem solving abilities
Experience with distributed systems
Internet and operating system security fundamentals
Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment
